We offer a variety of workshops from a Vision’s workshop and Emotional Freedom Technique Workshops. Groups are kept small so everyone gets some individual time and to make sure you get all you need.

Vision’s Workshop — London, UK and Marbella, Spain

Make your dreams a reality. This Life Coaching workshop is aimed at creating an inspiring vision for your life.

The purpose of this workshop is for you to have a clear vision of your life and where it is going. We will use visualisation exercises, nature and coaching to expand your horizons; you will make a vision board. We will look at how you want your life to look and you will leave with tools to manifest it.

Emotional Freedom Workshops- London

Here are some Emotional Freedom Workshops to focus on clearing emotional blocks/issues on specific issues such as Debt, Opening to Love and Abundance. In the small group (max 6 persons) you will be taken through an Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping Sequence to clear old beliefs, stuck emotions and negative thinking. You will get a workbook and the tools to continue to practice this at home.
EFT Free from Debt
Negative emotions can be attached to the debt, debt can keep you feeling bad about yourself, not good enough, shame, guilt, feeling like a looser.….…..lots of lovely stuff like that;-) through the session, we will clear this negativity and more, so you will be left vibrating your energy at a higher level
EFT Opening to Love
Often there are fears blocking us from being open to love, and therefore attracting love into our lives. It can be fear of getting hurt, rejected, abandoned. During this session we will clear these types of fears and you will be taught the heart anchor that you can use to keep your heart open to love.
EFT Tapping into Abundance
The EFT sequence will teach you how to use your energy to get more of what you want in your life, more love, more fun, more money, better health or all of these areas.
