I was searching for some photos and came across this old clip which was sent to me just before I was about to give a talk to 80 people– ‘Believe in Yourself’. I remember at the time I had doubts about my ability to speak, not to dry up, to inspire, to coach and many, MANY more doubts.…Then I watched this guy, Paul and WOW, you see him believing himself and you get the courage to do the same.

We are all much more than we seem, just like Paul is. We are hidding some gems, maybe through not believing in ourselves, our abilities, our power. So, what do you need to believe in yourself about today?? It starts with you, you believe and the world will follow. It reminds me of one of my favourite quotes
‘If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.’ Henry Ford.
So go on, start believing that you can, and guess what you will be able to do it.
